- 1 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 (5.3 ounce) container whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest, divided
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp finely chopped jarred roasted red peppers
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Cracked black pepper
- Crudités, crackers or pita chips, for serving
Instructions
- Combine feta, yogurt, 3 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest in a food processor; process until very smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, 30 to 45 seconds.
- Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and use a spatula or the back of a spoon to create a shallow well in the center. Drizzle with honey and the remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
