Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated September 23, 2026.

A few of the basics. More questions and answers land here over time.

Who is this site for?

Two kinds of readers. People who want to work with me in the practice, and the dietitians and practitioners who feed our communities, for whom the blog and the recipes are a resource.

Do you work with clients one-on-one?

Yes. The practice is for people who hold themselves to a high standard and want the energy, vitality, and longevity that eating well gives back, from food that is delicious and shared. It starts with a conversation; the Practice page explains the method and how it works.

Is the practice only about weight loss?

No. I consult on and teach weight loss, and for many people it is an important result, but it is one byproduct of proper nutrition rather than the whole point. The point is wellness: a more vibrant, energetic life, a longer lifespan, a body that resists disease, and the self-respect of refusing processed and modified food.

My coach referred me. What now?

Say so when you reach out. Sessions with me are included in some executive coaching plans and offered alongside others, and we will pick up where your coach left off.

Does insurance cover sessions?

Many plans cover sessions with a registered dietitian. The Am I Covered? page lists the plans I work with and what each one needs; or tell me your plan when you get in touch and I will check whether yours qualifies.

How does this relate to Benibel?

Benibel is a separate application with its own terms and privacy policy. This website is about me and my work; Benibel is the product. See the Terms for how the two relate.

Is the information here professional advice?

No. The content here is for general education and information, and reading it does not create a professional or advisory relationship. For guidance specific to your situation, talk with a qualified professional.

How do I get in touch?

The best way is the contact page. If your question belongs here, it may show up on this page later.
