Privacy Policy

Last updated June 21, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Rachel Kinzie ("Rachel," "we," "us," or "our") handles information on rachelkinzie.com (the "Website"). We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you, and we do not sell your information. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us and a small amount of technical information needed to run the Website:

  • Contact details and messages. When you use the contact form or the AI assistant to reach out, we collect your name, email address, the topic you select, and the contents of your message.
  • Assistant conversations. Messages you send to the assistant are processed to generate a reply and, if you ask to get in touch, are passed along to Rachel.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process limited technical information such as your IP address and basic request logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information to:

  • respond to your message and follow up with you personally;
  • let you know about the launch or relevant updates if you ask us to;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Website; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

Service Providers

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the Website and deliver your messages. These include our website host, an email-delivery service that sends your message to Rachel and sends you a confirmation, and an AI provider that powers the assistant's replies. These providers process information only to perform their services for us, and the contents of your message may pass through them for that purpose. We are not affiliated with, and do not control the separate privacy practices of, third-party projects such as Benibel, which have their own policies.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or with your consent.

Cookies and Analytics

The Website is designed to be light. We do not use advertising trackers. Any technical mechanisms we use, such as a brief proof-of-work check on form submissions, exist to reduce spam and abuse, not to profile you.

Data Retention

We keep the messages you send for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and then delete or archive them in line with ordinary practice. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Children's Privacy

The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, and you may decline to share information by not using the contact form or assistant. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. To make a request, reach out through our contact page.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, health, or financial details through the Website.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
