Honey-Roasted Beets

Golden beet wedges roast until their edges turn crisp and their centers turn tender, then a honey-lemon glaze melts over them, turning sticky-sweet and bright. The earthy beets soften beneath that glossy coating, delivering caramelized sweetness with a gentle tang in every bite.
