Broccoli and Cauliflower Sauté

Golden florets of broccoli and cauliflower sizzle in olive oil with slivers of garlic, then finish with a splash of white wine that reduces to a light, savory gloss. Each bite stays tender-crisp and fragrant, the peppery finish making it an effortless companion to any main.
