Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Crispy sweet potato fries glisten with olive oil and a gentle dusting of sea salt, pepper, cayenne, and cinnamon. Their edges turn golden and crunchy while the centers stay tender, balancing subtle heat with a whisper of warmth against the potato's natural sweetness.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch sticks
Instructions
- Lightly coat an air-fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Combine oil, salt, pepper, cayenne and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add sweet potatoes; toss to coat completely.
- Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer in the prepared basket. Cook at 400 degrees F until browned and crispy, about 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Transfer the fries to a paper-towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil. Serve immediately.
